He completed his surgical residencies at top medical centers in Guadalajara and Mexico City. With extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, he formerly led as head plastic surgeon at A Lighter Me® before joining Elias Ortiz & Company.

Dr. Andrei Rios is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with ample experience and passion in aesthetic surgery and body contouring. Dr. Fabian Mendoza
Dr. Fabián Mendoza Macías graduated as a Medical Surgeon from the Autonomous University of Chiapas. He trained for three years at the Mexican Institute of Social Security (CMNO) and has extensive experience in Cosmetic Surgery, Breast Surgery, Body Contouring and Facial Surgery.
