Hey everyone, I’m Shelli, I’m 24 and I’m from South Carolina. Before deciding on where to go for my surgery, I did lots of research on different companies including EOC. And at the end of it all, I realized that EOC was the most genuine and open and professional. So I definitely recommend using EOC for all of the services they have. Just the experience all around was top tier. Just like most everyone nowadays, I spend a lot of time on TikTok. So I found EOC through TikTok just scrolling and finding different people who have gone through the VSG procedure. And I saw Kayla on TikTok and then got onto the Facebook page. My surgery date was December 27th of 2022 with Dr. Ortiz and I had the vertical gastric sleeve procedure. My one piece of advice for anyone wanting to have surgery or thinking about having bariatric surgery would be to trust yourself. There might be people who try to bring you down or go against it, but there’s a huge community at EOC with many people who’ve had a success and they will help you through every step of the way. So just trust yourself if that’s something that you are ready for. It is a lifestyle change, but if you believe in yourself, you can do anything. I want to visit EOC again, Mexico and the whole experience again just to experience it. It was so amazing. Everything was so clean and everyone was so friendly. There was, you know, as soon as we got to the airport, the driver was texting us telling where to meet. We went straight to the hospital, got our blood work done, then went to our hotel, checked in, got to relax and just view all the things, meet people, make friends. So just in the service all around, 10 out of 10. Not only, you know, do I look different, I feel different in a great, great way. I feel amazing. Cardio is easy and that’s never happened before. But other than that, like just the friends that I’ve made through weight loss surgery and the EOC company, but also my day to day life, like my lifestyle habits of eating, exercising, and just feeling confident all around. It’s so amazing and just life changing. December 12, 2022 was the first day of pre-op for me and I weighed for the last time before surgery and that was 70 pounds ago. So I’ve lost 70 pounds since my first day of pre-op diet.
