Some of the most common warning symptoms of gastrointestinal leak or issue include:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Abdominal pain and bloating
  • Chest pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Dizziness
  • Fever, chills
  • A sense of ill-ease or illness

If you feel that you have none of these specific symptoms listed, then please go back to full liquids for a few days and rest your tummy including the liquid protein shakes.
